Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.

Defective Products: If your product is defective upon arrival, notify the problem to us within 48 hours of receiving goods. If you notice the defect after 48 hours of receiving goods, we reserve the right to decide on the course of action.

Damaged Products: All of our shipments are 100% insured. Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Product(s) will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries; Feel free to call us for our local delivery area. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. If the product is damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. We will contact you to schedule another delivery. Freight delivery policy varies. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact us regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products that have been used are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any  damage.. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.

Special order merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking fee — even if not yet shipped.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Warranty Policy

The warranties on the products sold through the Chelsea green website are held by each individual manufacturer of the product. The warranty information for the purchased product will be sent directly to the customer electronically following delivery of that product.

Chelsea Green will follow the instructions of the manufacturer when it comes to warranty issues and claims. Should the manufacturer refuse a warranty claim for a legitimate reason, Chelsea Green will be unable to provide free-of-charge repairs or replacements.

In cases where a warranty claim is upheld, Chelsea Green will act as the manufacturer’s service provider to collect, repair and / or replace the items in line with the manufacturer’s policy.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Delivery of items ordered and in stock will be free of charge within the UAE and will take place between 3 and 5 business days from receipt of funds.

Any goods that are cancelled while out for delivery will incur a 10% cancellation and administration fee.

In the unlikely event that an order is placed on the Chelsea Green website for an item that is no longer in stock, the customer will be informed immediately. Chelsea Green will inform the customer of the estimated re-stocking and delivery time. Should the client wish to accept this lead time, Chelsea Green will deliver as soon as the goods are in stock. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Delivery dates and times will be communicated and agreed with the customer. Vehicle and Security access is the responsibility of the customer. Chelsea Green retains the right to refuse delivery to locations which will add unreasonable time and cost to the standard delivery methods. Should this be unavoidable, Chelsea Green will charge any extraneous costs to the customer

Cancellation Policy

Should an order be cancelled before delivery, Chelsea Green will charge a 10% administration fee, any manufacturer costs that are incurred, and any other costs incurred due to cancellation.
